Simply sitting and watching as darkness falls, as boundaries blur, and the day fades away. Join Festival thinker Marjolijn van Heemstra and Cappella Amsterdam to experience twilight as a conclusion to a full day. A rite of passage in which we let go of the hustle and bustle and the sky is slowly colored by the choral works of Evelin Seppar, Arvo Pärt, Pēteris Vasks, and Tõnu Kõrvits. We immerse ourselves in the Baltic sound bath, thanking the late sun with Vasks’ Paldies tev vēlā saule (Thank You, the Late Sun) before finally entering silence with his Then Time Stopped.
